Convenient transportation options to JFK airport. The hotel is located close to a train station, making it easy to get to and from the airport. Comfy bed and pillows. The room provided a comfortable sleep experience with a cozy bed and soft pillows. Decent breakfast. The hotel offered a good spread of breakfast options to start the day off right. Friendly staff. The check-in process was quick and the front desk personnel were helpful and friendly.
Not obvious to find. The hotel may be a bit difficult to locate as it is not easily visible or clearly marked.

While staying at Letap Inn Jfk Airport, we had an issue with our reservation being cancelled. However, the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us find another hotel for the night, and even called in a favor with another company to ensure we made it to the airport on time. Despite the setback, the room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for its friendly and helpful staff, as well as the clean and comfy rooms.
