While staying at Letap Inn Jfk Airport, we had an issue with our reservation being cancelled. However, the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us find another hotel for the night, and even called in a favor with another company to ensure we made it to the airport on time. Despite the setback, the room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for its friendly and helpful staff, as well as the clean and comfy rooms.
